Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 1 October 2026

These terms govern your use of Teacher360 (the "Service"), a CAPS-aligned learning platform for learners, teachers, parents and schools. The Service is provided by T360ai ("we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms and are contracting with T360ai.

1. Who can use the Service

You must be of legal age, or a learner using the Service with permission from a parent, guardian or teacher. If you use the Service for a school or organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your information accurate.

2. What we provide

AI-generated lessons, practice questions and assessments based on the South African CAPS curriculum, classroom tools for teachers, and progress reports for parents. AI content may contain mistakes; teachers and parents should review it, and it is not a substitute for professional advice.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including:

  • using it unlawfully or to harm, harass or exploit anyone, especially children;
  • fraud, spam or impersonation;
  • uploading content that infringes someone else's copyright or other rights;
  • interfering with security, spreading malware, probing, scraping or overloading the Service;
  • trying to get the AI to produce illegal, hateful or harmful content, or bypassing its safeguards;
  • reverse engineering, reselling or redistributing the Service.

4. Your content

Teachers keep ownership of documents and lessons they upload. You give us a limited licence to host and process that content only to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload and for how you use AI outputs. Rights holders can report infringing content to mjmaluks@gmail.com; we may remove it and suspend repeat infringers. We may remove or restrict content and refuse AI outputs that break these terms.

5. Intellectual property

T360ai owns the Service, its software, design and the Teacher360 brand. Official CAPS documents remain the property of the Department of Basic Education. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under your plan.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, renewal, tax, cancellation and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. Current prices are on our pricing page; see also our refund policy.

7. Service availability

We work to keep Teacher360 running well but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for a serious breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. You can stop using the Service at any time. When access ends, you may ask us to export or delete your data.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before a claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

10. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. We may update them and will show the new date above. Questions: mjmaluks@gmail.com.
